What We're Hearing So Far

Finding Prospects Is a Major Business Development Challenge
The first response came from a small business owner, whose primary concern was straightforward:

Finding prospects.

When asked what is having the greatest impact on the organization, the respondent identified:

Growing the business

When asked what one problem they would solve in the next 90 days, the answer was even more specific:

“Figure out how to auto-scrape Google Maps for prospects.”
As additional responses are collected, future updates will examine whether prospecting and business development remain recurring concerns or whether other challenges emerge across operations, staffing, customer experience, technology, costs, communication, and accountability.
What are you experiencing?
If you're a business owner, executive, operations leader, HOA/condo board member, or community leader, your perspective can help build a clearer picture of the challenges organizations are facing in 2026.

Early Theme — Finding the Right Opportunities

One response is not enough to establish a trend. But it highlights a practical challenge worth watching: business owners don't simply need more leads. They need efficient ways to identify the right prospects and opportunities.

From Insight to Action

This early response also reinforced a problem that contributed to the development of SoFlo AI Revenue OS—the challenge of identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential business opportunities efficiently.

The Initiative itself is not a sales program. The purpose is to listen and understand what leaders are experiencing. When recurring problems become clear, however, those insights can inform practical solutions.
